What is the check-in time?
Arrival is possible from 5:00 pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
What is the check-out time?
Check-out must be before 10:00 am. Late check-out may be possible on request and depending on availability; please inform us in advance.
Access and
How do I access the accommodation on arrival?
Entry is completely self-service via a secure key box. You will automatically receive the access code by message the day before your arrival. No handover of keys is needed, so you can arrive freely from 5pm.
What if I don’t receive my access code?
If you have not received your code the day before arrival, contact us immediately by phone at +33 7 44 88 57 40. We are here to help.
Parking
Is parking available?
At Résidence La Pyro, 12 parking spaces are available. Allocation depends on your chosen listing:
• Listing "with parking"? a space is reserved for the entire stay
• Listing "without parking"? no space reserved, street parking nearby
For all other residences, parking is on the street.
Pets
Are pets allowed?
No, we do not accept pets in our accommodations to ensure a pleasant and hygienic stay for all our guests.
Facilities and linen
Are bed sheets and towels provided?
Yes, bed sheets and bath towels are included for all guests. You don’t need to bring anything.
What amenities are available in the accommodation?
Our accommodations are fully equipped: complete bedding, bath linen, equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, television. Equipment details are given on each listing.
Stay length
Is there a minimum stay duration?
No, there is no minimum stay. You can book for one night or several weeks.
Payment & billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via secure online payment link and bank transfer. Details will be provided when you make your booking.
Can I get an invoice for my stay?
Yes, we can provide an invoice upon request. Please mention this when booking or contact us directly.
